What’s the shipping time and cost?

Our products are made to order and our processing time depends on the actual demand. More detailed information about shipping time and cost is available at our Payments and Shipping page

Is the paint child safe?

Yes. All products are painted with water-based UV paint and varnish that are non-toxic.

What’s the age recommendation?

The recommended age for MOPITRI is 12 months, and helper towers STEP UP and STEP'n'SIT it is 18 months.

What’s the weight limit on your products?

All of our products are certified to withstand 50kg or 110 lbs.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

No. This option is not available for now. You can pay with credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

Does Ette Tete deliver to my country?

Yes. We deliver our products worldwide. Anywhere where it’s possible to receive packages and courier post.

Are your products tested?

Can I add a personalization?

It is possible to personalize the helper towers with a name or a word of your choice. The cost of this service is an additional €8.

Do products come assembled?

No. Our products come disassembled to reduce the cost of transportation and the possibility of damage done while transporting. And they come with an assembly instruction in paper or video format.

How to store the climbing frame while it is not in use?

Climbing frame can be disassembled by unmounting the handles with the threaded rod. This allows you to divide it into sections, which can be easily stored under a bed/behind a closet and in similar places.

How to clean the helper towers and climbing frames?

You can use a damp cloth to clean all of our products whenever it is needed. Make sure it is completely dry before your child starts to use the product again.

If your child pours some liquid on the item, please clean it off as soon as possible to avoid slipping and traumas, as well as to prevent the possible damage of the product.

Please also note that these products are not for outdoor use and rain, cold or direct sunlight can influence the product longevity.

What payment methods do you accept?

In case PayPal or credit card checkout is not working due to technical issues or when ordering a larger quantity of products, we also offer to pay by invoice. Ask for the invoice by writing to support@ettetete.com.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. This will ensure all orders are dealt with the same amount of caution and security, and will ensure a productive work streamline.
Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect.
By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.

Do you charge sales tax?

VAT is included in the price of the product.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

We use EUR (€) as our main currency.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

How long does the delivery take?

For standard shipping, delivery time after the dispatch from our manufacturing facility is 5-7 working days. Occasionally there may be delays in delivery. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Which delivery service is used for delivery?

For standard orders, we use FedEx delivery service.
For replacement parts we use standard mail services and for warranty cases - UPS delivery.

Do you ship into foreign countries?

Yes. We deliver our products worldwide. Anywhere where it’s possible to receive packages and courier post.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

Returns & Exchange

How do I return or exchange an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in
the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for ordered goods with customized designs (e.g. personalization).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the item without confirmation from us. To resolve the complaint, you are welcome to contact us
via e-mail: support@ettetete.com.


Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an
email at support@ettetete.com and send your item to SNORES Ltd., "Barzi", Tinuzu region, Ogre county, LV-5015,
Latvia
In case of the return, all of the shipping expenses are covered by the seller. 100% money back guarantee in case of
product return.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the confirmation of the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer
you a refund or exchange.

When will my change be shipped?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For a specific time, you are welcome to contact us via e-mail: support@ettetete.com.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ettetete.com.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number for the exchanged product once
it is shipped.
